Registration

The fee schedule is as follows:

$120 if paid by March 15, 2008
$130 if received between March 15 and April 15, 2008
$140 at the door (if space is available)*
Children 5 and older pay full price; under 5 are free

* People paying at the door should register with their team or as soon as they know they're coming so we can make sure we have room on the buses. If we have 20 people show up on site that we've never heard from, we'll be in trouble! Your ale fees include:

Lodging in dorm-style cabins with bunk beds and very nice bathrooms (bring your own linens and towels)
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, boxed lunches on Saturday, and dinner Saturday night
- Please note that the camp staff here have always exceeded our expectations with the food - quality, quantity and timeliness have always been impressive (so don't be late for dinner!)
Rising Phoenix will also be pleased to provide as much beer as we think you'll drink, and wine with the Luau on Saturday night.
The camp provides soft drinks and really yummy cookies to keep you going for the evening dancing.
Naturally, tours and coaches will also be included in your ale fees and we will insure plenty of pub stops where you can quench your thirsts along the way (note that bar tabs are not included in ale fees).
BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL CHILDREN on your registration form, regardless of age. Bodies still take up planning space.

We should be able to accommodate any special needs of diet or access with prior . The more notice, the better our chances are.
