Although you may register individually, doing so as a team (with all paperwork and monies coordinated by a single team contact) helps us out a lot. Either way, make sure to include team information on the registration form.
To register, complete one of the two versions of the registration form:
1) Excel - download to your computer. Follow the directions and fill out the information in the spreadsheet itself (which will do some of the math for you). Then print out the completed form.
2) PDF - Download/print the document and manually fill out the information on the printed copy.
Take the prepared information, and send it with fees to Eric Voelkel, 1410, Dundee Avenue, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 (checks should also be made out to Eric Voelkel).
There is no discount for children because UCSC is giving us the youth rate for everyone at the Ale (so in reality all the adults are already getting a discount). That said, be sure to include all children on the registration, regardless of age. Bodies still take up planning space.
Price includes lodging, transportation, and all meals including Friday night dinner. More specifically:
Lodging in dorm-style cabins
with twin beds and very nice bathrooms. There are no amenities in
the rooms, so bring
your own table lamp, alarm clock, &c. You can either bring your own linens and
towels or include an extra $32 fee (per person) for UCSC-provided
linens.
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday,
boxed lunch on Saturday, and dinner Friday and Saturday night.
Meals
on site will be served by UCSC. Since UCSC is in
Santa Cruz, after all, they should be able
to accommodate any
special needs of diet or access with prior
.
The more notice, the better our chances are (try to include this on the
registration form).
Naturally, tours and coaches
will also be included in your ale fees and we will insure plenty of pub
stops where you can quench your thirsts along the way (note that bar
tabs are not included in ale fees).
Libations
(beer, wine, sodas, water, ...) and snacks (cheese, chips, cookies, ...)
will be provided on site to help keep folks dancing until the wee hours.
However, no hard liquor will be provided.
Campus parking passes are provided for everyone.
At registration time, you can also include food preferences, transportation requests, linen fees, preorders for merchandise, and the optional donation to our scholarship fund for those needing a little assistance.
We reserve the right to deny admittance to anyone
