Registration

How to register:

Fill out the online form below for each individual. You may use the "Print a copy" button to print out a completed copy of your registration information. Use the "Submit Registration Request" button to send both us and yourself an email copy of the registration information.
If for any reason you are unable to complete the online form, or prefer not to, download/print the registration document and manually fill out the information on the printed copy. Send this with your fee.

If you have registered online and received an email receipt, there is no need to submit an additional paper registration.

Fee Schedule - based on when monies are received:

From now until April 22: $175
After April 22: $195
Children: $110 for children 5 and over (under 5 are free, but still must be registered!

Price includes: lodging, transportation, meals (Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, Saturday box lunch, Saturday dinner) as well as beverages and snacks on Friday and Saturday evenings. Full details of all the additional delights you’ll get for your $$ are on the registration document. Also, what you might choose to pay extra for. NB: Ale registration fee does not include bar tabs at the pub stops.

~~Hopefully coming soon! An option to pay your registration fee by PayPal - just as soon as we set up our bank account and link a PayPal account to it. Should happen within the week...we hope!~~

We regret that, due to financial and legal considerations, we won't be able to offer an online payment option this year. So sorry! Out of concern for any prospective attendees who've been inconvenienced by this, we're extending the basic registration deadline by a week, to April 22.
